The FHLTA Retreat has upgraded and we now have a brand new comfortable 8 berth static caravan for an affordable short break or holiday at Parkdean Whitley Bay Holiday Park in Tyne and Wear.
Our previous caravan was due to a wonderful legacy given to the FHLTA and we have been able to provide some wonderful memories for our transplant community over the last 10 years. Although, now was the time for an upgrade and we are up and running for the new 2024 season. The legacy still continues – we will always be grateful; remember the kindness and generosity that started our caravan hire for FHLTA patients and families.
Whitley bay is a friendly seaside town with a beautiful beach a stone’s throw away and links to local attractions. There is lots to do on site and our caravan comes with free passes to the complex. There is something for everyone to enjoy – the perfect escape for transplant patients, families and friends.
Our amazing team of volunteers have again performed their interior wizardry and have tried hard to think of everything you need to make your stay more comfortable, so you can really enjoy yourself and have no worries.
Professionally cleaned between stays:
Laundered bedding and beds made up for all staying
Sleeps up to 8 people (1 x double, 2 x twin and 1 x lounge double)
