As many people have experienced, calling and obtaining our blood results from clinic can be timely with either the answer phone kicking in or the request to call back in a few days etc. The FHLTA would like to remind our members, that frustrating as the current system is, the nurses/personnel that answer our calls are people working hard to care for us and remaining respectful of this fact, should be shown. Abusive behaviour must not be exhibited.
Clinic have advised that the best time to call is between 1:30 and 3:30pm.
