Self Help Books Now Available

The FHLTA have purchased a variety of mental health self help books for children, teens and adults of Freeman Heart and Lung transplant community.

Donations in memory of Ewan Smith helped to support this at the request of his family – they told us he would be really proud to support it.
As you know we have access to the Psychology Department for therapy intervention who also run the transplant cafe too to help us stay connected. Although, if you are in need of a little self care and self help or in search of ideas and ways to cope these books may help.
If you feel these would help please contact Debbie Burdon via Facebook Messenger or via our email: enquiresfhlta@mail.com
