Events : Please see attached link on below “sporting schedule”
I usually get the week before the games begin the up to date schedule. Check back on here to see a potential updated link below.
Medical: There are no requirements this year to complete a medical. You are taking responsibility that you are fit and well enough to compete in the events for which you have registered. I would Recommend if you have any doubts to discuss it with staff at clinic. You need to take with you a list of medication and your hospital number. Insurance: Competitors and supporters are advised to take out appropriate individual insurance including covid 19.
Closing party: This year there is no Gala like previous years. This year it will be an evening party on Sunday. It will have live performances and casino tables. It will be held at Oxford University Examination halls. Previously the FHLTA have paid £35 for the adult competitors’ gala tickets Adults. However, this year we plan to have a Team Buffet 2 course meal at the Hotel in a private function room which the FHLTA will pay for adult competitors and in addition pay the entry fee for the closing party.
Look out in the whatsapp chat to say if you wish to join the meal on the sunday evening.
