Come along and join this years Transplant Café ran by the Freeman Hospital’s Health Psychology Team.
If you are a patient of the Freeman Hospital who is waiting for or who has had a heart or lung transplant, or a VAD procedure via the Freeman Hospital, this cafe is for you! Carers are also very welcome.
The cafe is an online space where you can meet with others who have similar experiences. It gives attendees the time and space to think about the impact of their medical journey in a friendly, supportive atmosphere.
